This Privacy Policy describes how AppX Studio ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares information when you use the mobile application PDF Reader, PDF Editor, Viewer (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information you provide. We do not require you to create an account to use the App. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your email address and the contents of your message.
Automatically collected information. When you use the App, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information, including your device type and model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as advertising ID), IP address, language, app version and information about how you interact with the App (such as features used and session length). This information is used to operate, improve and secure the App.
Documents and signatures. PDFs, documents and images that you open, edit or sign with PDF Reader, PDF Editor, Viewer are processed and stored locally on your device. Signatures you create and save are stored only on your device. We do not collect, read or upload your documents or signatures to any server.
The App is free to use and is supported by advertising. We work with third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob and their mediation partners) that may collect and use device identifiers and other information described above to serve ads, measure ad performance and, where permitted, personalize advertising. You can limit ad personalization through your device settings (for example, "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android). Where required by law, the App will ask for your consent before showing personalized ads.
We use analytics services (such as Google Firebase Analytics) to understand how the App is used — for example, which features are popular and where crashes occur. This helps us fix bugs and improve the App. These services may collect device identifiers, usage events and crash logs.
If the App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, payments are processed entirely by Google Play. We do not receive or store your credit card number or other payment details. Please refer to Google Play's terms and policies for payment-related matters.
We share information only: (a) with service providers that help us operate the App (advertising, analytics and crash reporting partners described above); (b) when required by law, regulation or legal process; (c) to protect the rights, safety and property of AppX Studio, our users or the public; or (d) in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect your information as described in this policy.
Automatically collected information is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Content stored locally on your device remains there until you delete it or uninstall the App.
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we handle. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at appxstudio.co@gmail.com. You can also reset or delete your device advertising ID at any time in your device settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice inside the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
