Welcome to Grid Post - Photo Grid Maker, an app by AppX Studio ("we", "us" or "our"). By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Android devices that you own or control, in accordance with these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
You retain all rights to the photos and designs you create with the App. You are responsible for the content you create and share, and you must have the necessary rights to any photos, logos, fonts or other material you use. You agree not to use the App to create content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory or otherwise objectionable. Frame, overlay and template assets provided in the App are licensed for use within your creations and may not be extracted, resold or redistributed as standalone assets.
The App is free to download and is supported by advertising. It may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions that remove ads or unlock premium features. All payments are processed by Google Play, and purchases are subject to Google Play's payment terms and refund policies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Google Play account settings before the end of the current period.
The App, including its design, code, templates, graphics and trademarks, is owned by AppX Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these terms gives you any right, title or interest in the App other than the limited license granted above.
The App may contain links to, or rely on, third-party services (such as Google Play services, advertising networks and analytics providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppX Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
